Lisa Ghione began her film and television career in the television publicity department of Alliance (later Alliance Atlantis) Communications, before striking out on her own in 2000. She has since become a well-respected entertainment publicist focussing on the promotion of film and television projects for production companies, studios and broadcasters including A24, Azyl Production, CBC, CTV, Cameron Pictures, Canal+, Crave, Citytv, DCTV, FilmNation Entertainment, Fremantle, Max, NBCUniversal, Netflix, New Metric Media, Paramount Pictures, Prospero Pictures, Serendipity Point Films, Shaftesbury, Showtime, Sphere Media, Starz, StudioCanal, SundanceTV, Syfy and Tandem Productions.

Raised in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Lisa studied Art History and French Literature at Queen's University and later continued her studies in Cultural Management and Magazine Journalism. Prior to Alliance, Lisa was Head of Production at Canadian Art magazine. She is a member of the Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television and IATSE 667, serving on the latter's Executive Board from 2021–2024.

 

Lisa holds both Canadian and European passports and is fluent in English, French and Italian.
